Moscow Economic School (MES) is a private K-12 school in the heart of Moscow.
The founders of MES envisioned a school that would respond creatively to the winds
of change sweeping through Russia. The school was licensed in 1993 by the Moscow
Department of Education, with the first group of American educators arriving in
that same year for the opening of classes on October 8, 1993.
This information is designed to introduce you to Moscow, to the school and its
