Programs and Courses
To help achieve the program goals, the secondary science and
mathematics education programs at OBU include:
- 40 credit hours of Division coursework emphasizing a wide
variety of the natural sciences or mathematics.
- 30 credit hours of teacher education courses, 3 of which
focus intently upon effective strategies for facilitating the
learning of natural science or mathematics.
A student completing a program in secondary science or mathematics
education at Oklahoma Baptist University will typically complete
the coursework outlined in the following four-year plans.
