These have been difficult days and we have many more changes coming our way in the near future as well. The FDC wanted to provide the opportunity to come together as an OBU Family and have the opportunity to support one another through this time. We will be hearing from two chaplains/counselors. Jody DeFehr will be sharing, in case study manner, his experience of an institutional downsizing. Through sharing his story, we can gain some knowledge that will guide us through our own experience.
Charlotte Lankard will be discussing the various emotional aspects that accompany these types of changes. Both Jody and Charlotte are OBU graduates and have a genuine heart for the university and faculty. Both have served an institution that has experienced such change.
