This is an interlibrary loan request for materials not owned by the
Mabee Learning Center, but which are available at other college or
university libraries. Your request will be entered into the electronic
OCLC system and you will be notified when the material has arrived
at the Library (usually one to four weeks). You may pick up your ILL
materials at the circulation desk of the Library. There is a charge
of $1.00 per request for books not picked up two weeks after notification
of arrival of book at the Mabee Learning Center.
Please enter the requested information on the form below and e-mail
the request. This e-mail request form is operable with the Microsoft
Internet Explorer browser or Netscape browser.
NOTICE CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS
The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code)
governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted
material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries
and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy of other reproduction.
One of the specific conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction
is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship,
or research." If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy
or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use", that user may
be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the
right to refuse the right to refuse an Interlibrary Loan request if,
in its judgment, fulfillment of the request would involve violation
of the copyright law.
